Pam, Cory, & Claire // Family Photos
I’m so excited to FINALLY share Pam, Cory & Claire’s family photos from this fall—now that there is SNOW on the ground, this post feels long overdue.
Pam and I met in track at UW-Stout. I have countless memories of pole-vaulting with her “back in the day.” Now we’re both moms! Little Claire had just turned one, so Pam contacted me to take some family photos. We were blessed with perfect weather on a beautiful autumn day. Here is a little preview of some favorites from the shoot…
Heather & Adam // Eau Claire, Wisconsin Wedding Photography
This past wedding with Heather and Adam in Eau Claire, WI was so great! Heather and Adam have an amazing sense of humor, so they and their wedding party were all about taking goofy pictures and having a blast. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so hard at a wedding! After the ceremony, we headed out to Phoenix Park, where I captured both the playful and the compassionate sides of Heather & Adam’s personalities. The reception was held at the beautiful Eau Claire Golf & Country Club—absolutely gorgeous! We finished the evening with some pictures at sunset & then danced the night away.
Colleen & Nick // Engaged!
Colleen and I met back in middle school when we played soccer together. She was super sweet then, and that hasn’t changed one bit. I was so excited when she contacted me to take her engagement photos. It was great to catch up with Colleen and finally meet her fiance, Nick. Although he wasn’t crazy about getting his picture taken, he was a great sport. I could tell the connection between Colleen and Nick was so strong; the way they laughed with one another was adorable. I can’t wait for their wedding!

We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day for this family shoot at Afton Apple Orchard. The weather was perfect and so were the colors and the sunset. I had a blast! Aren’t these three adorable?

Lacey and Mike’s wedding could not have been more beautiful. The ceremony was held in their yard in western Wisconsin overlooking the river valley on a perfect Summer day. Its difficult to describe how great a job Lacey did with planning the wedding and creating the floral arrangements….see for yourself!

Nicole & Shaun // Woodbury, MN Wedding Photography
Nicole and Shaun are two of the most kind people I’ve ever met, and I’m so happy to have witnessed their love for one another and their families as I photographed their wedding day. Along with Colin Schye of Aluhu Creative as my assistant, we began the day at Guardian Angels Church just outside of Woodbury, capturing Shaun’s “first look” at Nicole in her dress. After the ceremony, we traveled to Edgewater Park on Colby Lake for some fun, more casual photos, then finished the night off with a beautiful reception in the St. Croix room at Afton Alps.

I’m so excited to share my good friends Amanda & Chris’ maternity photos! The two are expecting a little boy Mid-August—about a month after my little one should arrive! I can’t wait to share in all the excitement and little “firsts” that come with parenthood with them and watching our little ones grow up together. These two are going to be incredible parents. I’m certainly looking forward to the newborn shoot
